If you refer an employee who works 200 hours for Roebuck Staffing then you will receive a $200 referral bonus paid out by check (see terms below).
- Referred employees must work 200 hours in order to receive $200 referral check.
- Referrals must be submitted through referral form below to receive a bonus.
- The referred employee must be hired within three months of original referral date.
- The first employee to refer a potential employee is the only referring employee who is able to receive the bonus.
- Only candidates who meet the qualifications for the open position(s) will be considered.
- All candidates will be evaluated for employment with regard to Roebuck Staffing policies and procedures.
- Roebuck Staffing management will handle any disputes or interpretations of the employee referral bonus program.
- All referral bonuses will be paid within two weeks of the referred employee working over 200 hours.
- Normal payroll withholdings still apply to referral bonus checks.
- The referral must be the candidate’s first contact with Roebuck Staffing. Former or current employees of Roebuck Staffing are not eligible for referral bonuses.
